If you wish to send packages to the Center to hold until your arrival, please ensure the following:

- Package dimensions should not exceed 12.75” x 20.5” x 20.”
- Individual packages must not weigh more than 20 lbs. Any package weighing over this amount will be charged a handling fee.
- Package label must contain the following information:
- Name of seafarer
- Name of ship
- Seamen’s Center of Wilmington, including the address below
