• During SCW Hours of Operation, the volunteer driver makes hourly rounds to vessels currently in port, on the hour (e.g. 09:00, 10:00 etc), and can transport those wishing to go ashore.
• Seafarers that are transported by SCW from their vessel will be brought into the center to be signed out by our Desk Volunteer who will ensure seafarers are in possession of proper documentation (Valid shore pass & ID) before taking them to the designated drop-off point. Anyone not in possession of these documents will be taken back to their vessel. Physical passports will NOT be accepted when signing out with our volunteers. Copies will suffice.
• ​During SCW Hours of Operation, pick-up times at the designated drop-off point will be on the half hour (e.g 12:30, 13:30 etc). Anyone that wishes to stay outside of SCW hours, will have to notify our front desk volunteer at time of sign-out and use alternate modes of transport to return to their vessel (bus/twic taxi).
